A complete water-based coating system for fiberglass insulation sleeves — from the Class F (155°C) acrylic emulsion TT-AC-909 to polyurethane and epoxy topcoats, flame-retardant and silicone systems. Solvent-resistant, anti-yellowing and RoHS / REACH certified.

Water-Based Acrylic Emulsion
TT-AC-909Class F (155°C), 47%±2% solids, multi-layer, solvent-resistant and anti-yellowing — non-rigid in winter, non-sticky in summer.
Water-Based Polyurethane Resin
TT-PU SeriesClass F (155°C), high strength and abrasion resistance, smooth surface, good low-temperature performance.
Water-Based Modified Epoxy Resin
TT-EP SeriesHeat resistance up to 350°C+, anti-yellowing and highly water-resistant for high-temperature sleeves.
Polyurethane Topcoats (2- / 3-component)
TT-PU-90 / 9055High-solid aliphatic PU topcoats — anti-yellowing, low-temperature elasticity, multi-layer compatible.
Flame-Retardant Acrylic Coating
TT-AC-FRHalogen-free, adjustable rating up to UL94 V-0 for flame-retardant sleeves.
Water-Based Silicone Base Coat
TT-WBS-01VOC ≈ 0 first-layer primer, flexible and compatible with acrylic / PU topcoats.
